term break :)

well, i think i had one of the best week in smu ever.

Sunday to Tuesday
Went white water rafting in Perak, malaysia :)
The experience on the raft was just too good to be true. just being there, embracing the tranquility of the rain forest makes 7 weeks of hard work in smu all worth it.
i will never want to forget the scenic view, the cool breeze against my cheeks, and the refreshing clear river water!
the ride down the river was altogether peaceful and adrenaline-packed. we were laughing and screaming like crazy each time we raft through the river rapids... and when we reached downstream, we just sat silently in our rafts soaking in the beauty of our surroundings.
i am always humbled in God's awesome creation.

Thursday
Went tree top walk with my LTB mates too! :)
the walk almost killed my legs. if it wasn't the 10km walk it has got to be the clubbing the night before. hahah but nonetheless, it was a refreshing experience to be back in nature. Im really proud to say that my LTB group mates actually took time off to do a leisure walk that is totally out of school time. weeehees.
and im so blessed with the chemistry in our TEAM, :) the progress of our CSP has been pretty smooth.

had dinner at a tucked away place, :)
always a good feeling to be brought to a new chill out place.
plus, it was my first "recess" in a long while. haha.

Leap years was all righties... i still prefer "PS i love you/ Juno".
Juno's soundtracks are all so AWESOME! best indie mix ever.
oh yeah, i havent tell you how much i think juno (the main character) is so freaking cool. I just digg her slangs, her attitude and i think a part of me just wish i could be like her. be as carefree, and be as indifferent to what others perceived of me.

Went for Bailmos at Dxo that same night, all for the sole purpose of supporting denise dear! Her salsa performance was freaking HOT!!! muah. i think she is definitely one of the better few dancers there! am so proud of you girl!.






Today
i woke up with this undefined gloom within me.
it was just like the weather. a lousy one.


my best friend came over to my place though :) and helped clear away the dark clouds in my heart. PLUS. all gloom went away when i went to the Night Safari!

another experience back in NATURE. gosh. who am i to kid if i were to say i didn't my term break appreciating MOTHER NATURE.

ahahha. which reminds me of something funny.
when my fren smsed me what i was doing at that time, i said i was at night safari.
and he said " Is night safari the name of a new club?"
DIAO!!
the animal show was enjoyable. i was told that the jokes/ antics have been the same since last year.
ha, i find it a challenge to be able to repeat your jokes again and again, and always keeping that enthusiasm.
Hats off.
but the host was really funny la.
