tall= small.
after taking marketing 101, life's not the same.
today when asked if i would like to upsize my mocha grande to a venti for an addtional 50cents.
i replied " as i matter of fact, i would like to change it to a tall mocha"(smallest size).
it really doesnt cost that much for an additional 4 ounce of coffee.
but as marketing students, we know there is deceptive value addedness. the make belief-feel-good feeling you get thinking you have secured a better deal.
how can it be a better deal when u just had forked out MORE then your willingness to pay?
remember the law of diminishing marginal utility? (in singaporean term : JA lAT!)
I dont even want That much coffee. let alone, overcharging me for it.
to secure the max consumer satisfaction. i downsized my mocha. :)
bigger ≠ better
Cheaper = Best.
