ephesians 4:16
then went for durian/shopping trip in JB on saturday.
once again, had so much fun with WEB! I LOVE MY cell group like totally.

the durian/shopping trip was fun. we shared the bus with you know, typical singaporean aunties. so when we were suppose to gather back at the bus after our shopping at 615pm, and we were like 15 minutes late these aunties actually said
"wah.. you all dont know the time arh. make all of us wait for you all!"
like how subtle was that.
so naughty us decide to play a trick on the aunties. after our seafood dinner, we were once again the last to go up the bus, so Ashley announced super loudly "the SECOND plate of chilli craps were so delicious right" and everyone from web who trotted up behind him agreed in unison.
hahas. i would pay to see the looks on the aunties face when they found out that they had lose out on the imaginary 2nd place of crabs. then u can hear them muttering "got second plate meh?"
we had so much fun! i remembered we were playing polar bear (murderer kind of thing) while queuing at the malaysian immigration. and some aunties came up to us and asked how come we are not moving. well plainly cause other people were cutting our queue when we close our eyes for the game! kinda stupid la but we cant really be bothered to elbow them back. hahahs but FUN nonetheless.
so the aunty who questioned us (while standing behind us) actually move in front of us! like what the...hahahs. Then Ashley asked her if she wanna play a game with us. you know the "santa claus game". "cannot move and cannot laugh" (Direct translation from chinese!) HAHAHHAs. can u imagine, the aunty standing there "not moving" while everyone will cut her queue.
what a laugh!

SMU is for me
so the last thing that happened was that i attended NUS Bizad camp. to find out more about the programmes and activities, you can check out vivien's blog
well the silliest thing was that after i came back from the camp, all tanned and starved, i received a CONGRATULATIONS letter from SMU. Apparently, my appeal to business MANAGEMENT (mind you, not "administration") has been successful.
thank God for that.
that time when i submitted my appeal, i told myself that if it was God's will for me to be in SMU, then my appeal would be successful.
cause i believe there are 3 ways to make a major decision in life.
firstly, follow your logic
follow your heart
and follow God's will
when all 3 aligns together, taddaaa. DECISION MADE.
SMU has always been what my heart and head wanted. everything, from the culture, the accessibility, the teaching style, the people, the networks.
and now that God has made it ever so clear that SMU is the choice, im so going for it.
really had enough of people asking me why SMU? why not NUS.
maybe next time i can just say plainly, SMU is God's plan for me. so if you have a better suggestion than God Himself...you can kindly pray about it and hear what God has to say.
well my OG : DEHUNS were pretty NICE. we were purple.
yeah yeah, met some nice people like JON and TOBIAS. (my FOS company business partners) who were very devastated to realize i wont be their school mate anymore.
you guys pretty much rock la, kinda ironic cause i spend the least time together with them in the camp, but it's just this thing about having the right frequency. if you got it, you got it.
had so much fun in the camp really. had so much good memories of...FRIGHT NIGHT, blind dating (literally), late night supper, cheers, station games at sentosa, pool games at SRC, synchronize swimming, late night rendezvous, DXO, forfeits, jogging at 4am in the morning! wow, accomplished alot in such a short time.
im trying to get pictures from my ogls to post up here. updates soon!

habitudes experience
well i just receive an email from NUS business.
it's a whole load of information regarding academic curriculum, housekeeping matters, and the prerequisites to qualify for their MANY elites exchange programme. and all the 2nd major, double degree, specialization blah blah.
and here i am, with the least inkling what all these jargons means. contented only to see me and ash(click here) picture which was taken at the welcome tea reception. hahas. i know i sound super bimbo. haha. this is amusing to me.
so anyway i had a great day.
drove down to orchard (for the first time!) and got honked at by a taxi driver. totally my fault i admit *hangs head down in shame* i cut into his lane without signaling. and dad is still screaming at me when i don't brake early enough.
there's still so much to learn and improve on. i cant park for nuts without the poles... haha
went for habitudes seminar with cell people in the afternoon. it's like a workshop that equips Christian leaders with the "habits" to lead effectively. "workshop" is an understatement, cause it really wasn't those boring 4hr long talks. but with images/ videos/ interviews/and powerful testimony by Tim Elmore (the speaker) i was really influenced. praise God.

went for Dinner with ash and our cell leaders : Jenny and Yong Heng!
hahas. listening to their "cheesy" story of how they got together was pretty amusing.
Thank God for the wonderful fellowship tonight.
